Shipping & Payment
We want your Pantry Partners Co order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about delivery and payment.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa with PUDO Locker-to-Locker and PUDO Locker-to-Door. Select your preferred method in the cart, then select the matching shipping method at checkout. For Locker-to-Locker, enter the exact locker name and location using the PUDO locker finder. Locker-to-Door uses the physical address supplied at checkout.
Orders require approximately 5–8 business days of preparation before dispatch, followed by an estimated 1–4 business days in transit. Preparation and transit are separate periods. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, and tracking information will be shared where available.

Shipping brackets use the agreed allowance of 0.25 kg per single packet.
Your order exceeds our standard Locker-to-Door delivery limit of 60 packets (15 kg). Please contact Pantry Partners Co to arrange delivery. For orders of up to 80 packets, you can select Locker-to-Locker instead.
Your order exceeds our standard online delivery limit of 80 packets (20 kg). Please contact Pantry Partners Co to arrange delivery for your order.
Larger quantities can still be purchased; delivery above the applicable standard limit must be arranged directly. No fixed online Locker-to-Door price applies above 15 kg.

Order Processing
Orders are processed during trading hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Orders placed outside of trading hours or over weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Payment
We offer secure online payment. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely. Pantry Partners Co does not store your payment details.
Stockist Orders
