  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions apply when you:

  • Visit or use our website

  • Create a customer account

  • Submit an enquiry or stockist application

  • Purchase products

  • Use any service made available through the website

By completing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the order details, product prices, delivery charges and these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not complete an order.

  1. LEGAL CAPACITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction.

If you place an order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.

  1. PRODUCTS

Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd supplies pantry premixes and related food products, including products sold under the MIX ’n EAT range.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, weights and availability are accurate. However:

  • Product packaging may change

  • Colours and presentation may differ slightly from website images

  • Product photographs may be illustrative

  • Minor errors may occasionally occur

Ingredients, allergens, preparation instructions, storage instructions, expiry or best-before information and final product specifications appear on the official product packaging.

Customers must review this information before preparing or consuming a product, particularly where allergies or intolerances are concerned.

All products carry the official Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd product label. We do not undertake to add a stockist’s business name or contact number to individual packets.

  1. PRICES

All prices are displayed in South African Rand.

Product prices exclude delivery charges unless the website specifically states otherwise.

The applicable product total and delivery charge will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where there is an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.

  1. ORDERS

Products placed in a shopping cart are not reserved.

An order is only accepted once:

  • The order has been submitted

  • Payment has been successfully authorised or received

  • The order has been accepted for processing

All orders remain subject to product availability and verification.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing or product-information error

  • Payment has failed or cannot be verified

  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected

  • The order breaches these terms

  • We are legally required to do so

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate and current.

Customers must protect their login details and may not allow unauthorised parties to use their accounts.

Notify Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd immediately if you suspect that an account has been accessed without permission.

  1. STOCKIST APPLICATIONS AND PRICING

Submitting a stockist application does not automatically grant access to stockist pricing.

Applications may be reviewed before a customer is approved as a stockist.

Where restricted stockist pricing is activated:

  • Only approved stockists may access it

  • Stockists may be required to sign in to an approved customer account

  • Ordinary retail customers may not access or use stockist pricing

  • Stockist access may not be transferred to another person or business

  • Misuse may result in the removal of stockist access

The minimum stockist product order is R700, excluding delivery charges.

Approved stockists may select any combination of available products. There is no minimum quantity per individual product, and stockists do not have to order the complete range.

Where instructed, stockists must enter the code STOCKIST at checkout so that the order can be identified and tracked correctly.

A R700 stockist order may have an approximate recommended resale value of R1,000 and an estimated gross profit of approximately R300 after all products have been sold. These figures are estimates only. Actual resale prices, demand, expenses and profit may differ.

Stockist orders require approximately 5–7 working days for preparation before being handed to the delivery provider.

  1. PAYMENT

Orders must be paid through a payment method made available at checkout.

Payment information may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card details.

An order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised or received.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery charges are payable by the customer or stockist and are excluded from product prices.

Available delivery methods, requirements and charges are explained in the Shipping Policy and displayed during the ordering process.

Customers must supply complete and accurate delivery information. Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, service interruptions and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns, damaged products and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African law.

Because our products are food products, certain change-of-mind return or cooling-off provisions may not apply. This does not limit a customer’s rights regarding defective, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

  1. WEBSITE USE

You may not:

  • Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another account

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

  • Scrape, copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Submit false information

  • Misuse stockist access, discounts or promotional codes

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, website content including branding, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and designs belongs to Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd or its authorised licensors.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, social-media and technology providers.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any warranty, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

To the extent permitted by law, Pantry Partners Co (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from:

  • Website interruptions

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

  • A customer’s failure to follow product instructions

  • Incorrect storage or handling after delivery

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our products, website, operations, service providers or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this website with an updated revision date.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute will be handled according to applicable South African law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African authority or court.
